Whiterides airport transfers have an in-house VTC licenced driver which means we can offer 1 person private transfers driving you in style and comfort from the airport right to the door of your accommodation.

Booking a private 1 person transfer with Whiterides could not be easier. Simply fill in our quick quote form below and get an instant quotation. All 1 person transfers are carried out in one of our Renault Trafic minibuses.

* Please not when requesting your quick quote you will not be able to book instantly as we will need to makesure one of our VTC licensed drivers is available. However that said, once you send your quick quote enquiry we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm our availabilty.

What is VTC ?

VTC - Voiture De Transport Avec Chauffeur.

This simply translates to "Transport car with a driver".

By French law to be able to take single passengers either a VTC licence or Taxi licence is required.

A VTC driver must carry his Carte Pro (Proffessional Card) and display the VTC Macarons in both fornt and Back windows of the vehicle.

Whiterides currently have 2 in house licenced VTC drivers and we also use a sub contractor parnter, Hero Transfer who is a VTC licenced driver. Therefore we can always provide a second option if we are busy.

How it works !

Airport or Station pick up

The day before your transfer we will email and text you to confirm your transfer details and also provide the drivers name and contact number. Once you arrive at the airport or station your driver will be waiting to greet you in arrivals and will be holding a signboard with your name on it.

Your driver will then offer to help you with your luggage and escort you to the car park where your minibus will be waiting for you, once your luggage has been carefully loaded in to the minibus you will be ready to get going to your final destination.

On the road

Now that your on route in one our new comfortable minibuses sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. If you need to make a short stop just ask your driver and he or she will be happy to oblige.

If you require a super market stop to buy groceries please book this service in advance so we can fit this into the drivers schedule. We charge €25 for this service for a 1 hour stop.

Drop off in resort

Your driver will have been given your exact accommodation location so once you arrive safely in resort you will be dropped off at your accommodation door, or as close a possible (if hotel or chalet is on piste).

Your driver will unload you bags, confirm your pick up time for the return transfer and wish you a great holiday.

Return pick up from resort

Once again we will email and text you the day before to confirm your return transfer details and also provide the drivers details as this may be different from your previous pick up.

You will be collected at a prearrange time to make sure you arrive in plenty of time to catch your flight or train. The pick up location will be the same as the drop off point unless you have requested some where else in advance.

Your driver will arrive in good time and will be ready to help you with you luggage.

Airport or Station drop off

Once at your require airport or station you will be dropped off as close as possible to departure. Again your driver will help you with you luggage and wish you a safe onward trip.
