


Les Arcs is a beautiful resort to ski around, with access to all the different areas of Peisey-Vallandry. Reaching 3225 metres at the top of the Aiguille Rouge via 2 cable cars.
From the top of the Aiguille Rouge it is possible to ski a full 7kms, with over 2000 metres in vertical drop. Leading you all the way down to the quaint village of Villaroger.
The gem of Les Arcs is the Vanoise Express cable car making a connection across the valley. It joins Les Arcs and Peisey-Vallandry with La Plagne, which combined is called Paradiski, and provides access to 425Km of pistes.
Beginner skiers in Tignes:
Each station in Les Arcs has its own beginners area so there is no need to travel to far before you find one. There is a difference so check before you book as you can find wide open beginner runs around Les Arcs 1800 or beautiful treelined tracks through the forest in Peisey-Vallandry. Expert skiing in Les Arcs:
Offering tree lined fun, off-piste madness and over 20 expert black runs Les Arcs and the surrounding villages is the perfect ski playground for expert skiers. With access to La Plagne via the Vanoise ski lift experts also have a vast array of other pistes and the huge Bellecote mountain.

Chambery airport is the closest airport to Les Arcs ski resort however this is also the airport with the least number of flights. It will take approximately 1hr 45minutes from Chambery airport to Les Arcs direct on the motorway. However the more frequent flights, or flights that are at a more convenient time, can be found at Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble airports.
